How onboarding works

1. Free application: identify your company, product, official website and requested markets.
2. Eligibility review: our team manually checks whether the product is suitable for further assessment. This is not approval for a published listing.
3. Private continuation: after eligibility approval, our team provides a personal continuation link through correspondence. There you can review the proposed research scope, final fee and full commercial terms before deciding whether to proceed. Automatic invitation emails are not yet enabled.
4. Research and editorial review: if you choose the agreed paid service, we research public official sources, record feature and plan evidence, and check the draft.
5. Publication decision: the editorial team decides eligibility, category placement and publication under the same comparison methodology.

Before you commit to a service

The initial application and eligibility review do not create a payment obligation. If your application is eligible, any proposed paid research and onboarding service will be explained in the private continuation before you agree: products and country editions included, work and deliverable, expected delivery period, final price, applicable taxes, cancellation and refund terms, and any later updates.

You can decide whether to proceed after reviewing those details. Applying does not purchase a service, create a subscription or guarantee a permanent or worldwide listing.

Terms for new supplier onboarding

For this new program, published product features, prices and plan comparisons are researched from the supplier’s publicly accessible official website and documentation. We record sources and review dates. Application details identify the business, verify authority and administer the request; private or unsupported product claims are not treated as verified editorial evidence.

Suppliers may point us to relevant public official URLs and request correction of factual errors. Information we cannot verify stays marked as unknown. Correcting an error does not require purchasing onboarding. This policy applies to new onboarding; it does not relabel existing profiles that separately identify supplier-confirmed evidence.

Public availability does not waive applicable privacy, intellectual-property or access restrictions. We use relevant business and product information and avoid unnecessary personal data.

Payment does not determine the result

We retain editorial control over eligibility, category placement, wording and scoring under our published methodology. Payment does not improve a score or ranking, guarantee a positive review, or guarantee traffic, leads, sales, search-engine indexing or inclusion in an AI-generated answer. Paid onboarding will be identified in the relevant supplier profile.

Research is checked before publication. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
